住宅装配化装修标准化设计研究

住宅装配化装修是当前装配式建筑技术推广的热点,为有效推进浙江绍兴地区装配化装修进程,特组织编制了住宅装配化装修图集。该图集从工业化设计、一体化设计、标准化设计的角度出发,编制集成建筑设计、结构设计、机电设计、装饰设计、施工组织设计的标准化设计需求,并进行了一定创新,使得本图集具有较好的借鉴价值。

Residential assembly decoration is a hotspot in the promotion of prefabricated building technology.In order to effectively promote the process of assembly decoration in Shaoxing City,Zhejiang Province,the residential assembly decoration atlas is specially organized.From the perspectives of industrialized design,integrated design and standardized design,the atlas compiled the standardized design requirements of integrated architectural design,structural design,mechanical and electrical design,decoration design and construction organization design,based on certain innovations,which makes this atlas enjoy good reference value.
