摘要
基于电阻抗断层成像技术的区域肺功能评估,具有床旁、简便、无创、无辐射等优势,能提供全新的实时局部肺功能信息。该技术由国外研究者提出,应用在肺功能筛查、术前检查、呼吸康复等相关临床研究。该技术规范经本团队前期临床研究实践论证,综合相关文献,并经过本领域临床专家和生物医学工程学专家讨论达成,内容包括适应证与禁忌证、技术方法实施、数据分析和解读等方面,旨在统一和规范使用电阻抗断层成像技术检测区域肺功能的临床流程,提高其有效性,实现对结果的统一解读。
Regional lung function assessment based on electrical impedance tomography(EIT)provides novel real-time regional functional information with multiple advantages,such as bedside examination,convenience,non-invasiveness,and radiation-free.This technology was initially proposed by foreign researchers and applied in clinical research about lung function screening,preoperative examination,respiratory rehabilitation,etc.The technical specification for regional lung function assessment based on EIT is based on the previous clinical research and practice in our centers,literature review,and discussions among clinical and biomedical engineering experts in this field.It consists of indications and contraindications,implementation of technical methods,data analysis and interpretation.The technical specification is designed to facilitate the unified and standardized use of EIT for regional lung function assessment,improve its effectiveness,and achieve a unified interpretation of the results.
