摘要
慢性咳嗽是呼吸专科门诊常见主诉之一,在各个年龄段普遍存在,对患者的身心健康和生活质量均造成不同程度的影响。目前慢性咳嗽的诊治与管理仍面临巨大的挑战。本文围绕慢性咳嗽的流行病学、发病机制、诊断与评估、治疗四大方面,对2023年1月至12月的研究进展进行综述。
Chronic cough is one of the most common chief complain in the respiratory department,which is prevalent across all age groups and poses negative influences on the physical and mental health and quality of life at varying degrees.Currently,the diagnosis and management of chronic cough are challenge.This article provided a review of research progress in the epidemiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis,assessment,and treatment of chronic cough by reviewing relevant articles published from January to December 2023.
