组蛋白去乙酰化修饰在气道炎症性疾病中的研究进展

Research progress of histone deacetylase in airway inflammatory diseases

摘要 组蛋白乙酰化酶和组蛋白去乙酰化酶(HDAC)共同调控组蛋白乙酰化修饰。HDAC及其抑制剂在慢性阻塞性肺疾病、支气管哮喘、肺部感染性疾病和急性肺损伤等气道炎症性疾病的病理生理过程中发挥重要作用。全面深入地探究HDAC与气道炎症性疾病之间的联系,将为治疗气道炎症性疾病带来新突破。本综述重点总结HDAC在气道炎症性疾病中的综合分子机制和作用,并探讨其对气道炎症性疾病的治疗潜力。 Histone acetylation modification is regulated by both histone acetylases and histone deacetylases(HDACs).HDACs and HDAC inhibitors play an important role in the physiological and pathological processes of airway inflammatory diseases,such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,bronchial asthma,pulmonary infectious diseases,acute lung injury,etc.A comprehensive and in-depth study of the relationship between HDACs and airway inflammatory diseases is expected to bring new breakthroughs in the treatment of airway inflammatory diseases.This review focused on summarizing the comprehensive molecular mechanism and role of HDACs in airway inflammatory diseases and exploring its therapeutic potential in airway inflammatory diseases.
