临床视角下的肺瘢痕癌诊疗进展

Progress in the diagnosis and treatment of lung scar carcinoma from the clinical perspective

肺癌在我国发病率和病死率均居恶性肿瘤之首。肺瘢痕癌是一种特殊类型的周围型肺癌,因其早期不易识别,影像学表现不易与陈旧性瘢痕病灶或炎症后良性肿块等进行鉴别,导致临床上容易漏诊、误诊,进而延误治疗影响患者预后。本文从肺瘢痕癌的病因、发病机制、临床表现、影像学特征、病理学特征、诊断、治疗和预后等多方面进行论述,旨在提高临床医生对肺瘢痕癌的认识。

Lung cancer ranks first in both the incidence and mortality of malignant tumors in China.Lung scar carcinoma is a special type of peripheral lung cancer.Due to the challenges in an early identification and similar imaging features with those of old scar lesions or benign masses after inflammation,lung scar carcinoma is easy to be missed and misdiagnosed that delays the treatment and influences the prognosis.This review summarized the etiology,pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,imaging features,pathological features,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of lung scar carcinoma,aiming to enhance its understanding in clinical settings.
