摘要
针对高温劣化炉管材料的焊接修复问题,考虑到固溶处理工艺在实际修复工作中的实施难度,依据焊接热模拟试验的结果,提出采用TIG电弧进行表面重熔处理的新工艺。TIG电弧功率密度高、能量集中,能迅速局部加热熔化,且成本低、操作简便,适用于现场实施。通过TIG电弧表面重熔处理,可以有效改善炉管材料的组织,为焊接修复质量的提高奠定基础。进一步地,结合TIG电弧重熔坡口处理与堆焊工艺,进行焊接修复对照试验,并通过对组织性能的检测分析,确定适用于高温服役劣化转化炉管材料的较优焊接修复工艺方法,克服现场条件限制,显著提高焊接修复质量,为工业生产中的炉管维修提供新的解决方案。
In response to the welding repair problem of high-temperature deteriorated furnace tube materials,considering the implementation difficulty of solid solution treatment process in actual repair work and the results of welding thermal simulation tests,a new process of surface remelting treatment using TIG arc is proposed.TIG arc has high power density,concentrated energy,can quickly heat and melt locally,and is low-cost and easy to operate,suitable for on-site implementation.Through TIG arc surface remelting treatment,the microstructure of furnace tube materials can be effectively improved,laying the foundation for improving the quality of welding repair.Furthermore,by combining TIG arc remelting groove treatment and overlay welding technology,welding repair comparative experiments were conducted,and through the detection and analysis of microstructure and properties,the optimal welding repair process method suitable for high-temperature service degraded transformation furnace tube materials was determined.This overcomes the limitations of on-site conditions,significantly improves the quality of welding repair,and provides a new solution for furnace tube maintenance in industrial production.
