摘要
基于中东地区炼钢连铸EPC项目的设计管理实践,分析了海外钢铁项目设计管理不同阶段的管理内容与原则,从设计风险管理、质量管理、进度管理、接口管理和设计服务管理方面,总结了海外钢铁项目设计管理的管理流程及具体措施,以促进海外钢铁EPC项目设计管理水平的提升。
This paper is based on the design management practice of overseas steel EPC projects,analyzing the management content and principles of each stage of overseas steel project design management.From the aspects of design risk management,quality management,schedule management,interface management,and design service management,this paper analyzes and summarizes the management process and specific measures of overseas steel project design management,in order to promote the improvement of the design management level of overseas steel EPC projects.
