带隔振器的宽厚板热轧机传动扭振幅频特性研究

Research on the Frequency Characteristics of Transmission Torsion Amplitude for Wide and Thick Plate Hot Rolling Mill with Vibration Isolators

摘要 为了进一步提高宽厚板热轧机传动系统的稳定性,使用隔振器来降低设备的幅频特性,然后通过仿真测试各个扭转刚度下宽厚板热轧机传动系统形成的扭振幅频变化。结果表明,使用隔振器后,传动系统产生了较小的扭振位移,在较短时间内从不稳定状态恢复至稳定状态,且能够更快地进入稳定周期。通过适当提高隔振器惯量比可以获得较小的幅频并减小弯曲度,惯量比设定为0.2较合理。此外,隔振器还具备高阻尼以及使用寿命长等优点,可以对轧机传动扭振频率起到良好的调节作用。 In order to further improve the stability of the transmission system of the wide and thick plate hot rolling machine,vibration isolators are used to reduce the amplitude frequency characteristics of the equipment.Then,the torsional amplitude frequency changes formed by the transmission system of the wide and thick plate hot rolling machine are simulated and tested under various torsional stiffness.The results showed that after using the isolator,the transmission system generated smaller torsional displacement,recovered from an unstable state to a stable state in a short time,and was able to enter the stable cycle faster.By appropriately increasing the inertia ratio of the isolator,a smaller amplitude frequency can be obtained and the curvature can be reduced.Setting the inertia ratio to 0.2 is more reasonable.In addition,the isolator also has advantages such as high damping and long service life,which can effectively regulate the torsional vibration frequency of the rolling mill transmission.
