摘要
介绍了一种用于三辊皮尔格轧机的多电机协调运动的新型回转送进方式。该系统由7台电机协同工作,采用双回转双送进策略,在轧辊的空转送进区完成回转和送进。为了加强伺服电机的协调性,采用了环形耦合控制结构,通过速度补偿器协调多个电机之间的耦合关系。在Simulink平台上进行仿真对比,结果表明,相较于传统的并行结构控制方式,环形耦合结构具有更好的协同性能,尤其在负载扰动下,系统表现更为稳定。该新型回转送进方式和环形耦合控制结构有效提高了轧管机的生产效率,确保了系统的控制精度和稳定性。该研究结果为轧管工业中的连续轧制提供了一种可行的控制方案。
This paper introduces a new type of rotary feeding method for multi-motor coordinated motion of three-high Pilger rolling mill.The system is composed of seven motors working together,adopting double rotation and double feeding strategy,which completes rotation and feeding in the idling feeding area of the roll.In order to strengthen the coordination of servo motors,a ring coupling control structure is adopted,which coordinates the coupling relationship between multiple motors through a speed compensator.Simulations on the Simulink platform show that,compared with the traditional parallel structure control method,the ring coupling structure has better coordination performance,especially under load disturbance,the system performance is more stable.The new type of rotary feeding method and ring coupling control structure effectively improve the production efficiency of the pipe mill,and ensure the control accuracy and stability of the system.The research results provide a feasible control scheme for continuous rolling in the pipe industry.
