铜模替换钢模浇铸阳极板的实践探索

摘要 侯马北铜公司粗铜精炼试生产初期,因不具备铜模浇铸条件,无法自产铜模,需采用钢模浇铸进行过渡。但是,钢模需要外委制作,质量规格不可控、不稳定,所浇阳极板尺寸偏差大,钢模采购周期长,无法及时更换废模具,影响浇铸质量,且废钢模无法回收利用,制造成本高。通过借鉴同行业先进生产实践经验,根据影响铜模浇铸阳极板因素,明确改进措施,实现铜模替换钢模浇铸阳极板,并且优化了母模模具安装、铜模浇铸阳极板操作规程。 In the initial stage of trial production of crude copper refining at Houma North Copper Company,due to the lack of conditions for copper mold casting,it was not possible to produce copper molds on its own,and steel mold casting was needed for transition.However,steel molds need to be outsourced for production,with uncontrollable and unstable quality specifications.The size deviation of the cast anode plate is large,and the procurement cycle of steel molds is long.It is difficult to replace waste molds in a timely manner,which affects the casting quality.In addition,waste steel molds cannot be recycled and reused,resulting in high manufacturing costs.By drawing on advanced production practices in the same industry and considering the factors that affect the casting of anode plates in copper molds,improvement measures have been identified to replace steel molds with copper molds for casting anode plates.The installation of the mother mold and the operating procedures for casting anode plates in copper molds have also been optimized.
