宽厚板工作辊平衡系统的稳定性研究及优化改进

摘要 莱钢4300 mm宽厚板生产线产量不断提升,由2016年116万t逐步提升到2022年的171万t,但工作辊平衡系统故障率居高不下。针对此问题,重点分析了轧机工作辊平衡系统故障产生原因,并根据分析结果,从工作辊平衡系统运行的外部环境、内部结构、备件质量以及装配精度的提高等方面逐一制定相应的优化方案。完成相关改进后,轧机工作辊平衡系统故障率和维护费用大幅降低,减少了维护成本,为产线稳定生产及产能的提升提供了巨大的支持。 The production capacity of Laigang's 4300 mm wide and thick plate production line has been continuously increasing,from 1.16 million tons in 2016 to 1.71 million tons in 2022.However,the failure of the work roll balance system remains high.In response to this issue,the reasons for the malfunction of the work roll balance system of the rolling mill were analyzed,and based on the analysis results,corresponding optimization plans were formulated one by one from the external environment,internal structure,spare parts quality,and assembly accuracy improvement of the work roll balance system operation.After completing the relevant improvements,the failure rate and maintenance costs of the work roll balance system of the rolling mill have been significantly reduced,reducing maintenance costs and providing huge support for stable production and increased production capacity of the production line.
