混铁炉煤气烘烤富氧燃烧控制方法及实践

摘要 通过对混铁炉在生产过程中煤气燃烧烟气的研究,分析其对混铁炉煤气消耗的影响,结合实际生产状态,进行了富氧燃烧工艺改进以及制定各项预防措施,解决其大量热量随燃烧废气排放损失、热效率低的问题,降低混铁炉烘烤煤气消耗并应用于生产实践。 Through the study of gas combustion flue gas in the production process of mixing furnace,the influence of gas combustion flue gas on the consumption of mixing furnace gas was analyzed.Combined with the actual production status,the oxygen-enriched combustion process was improved and various preventive measures were formulated to solve the problems of large amounts of heat loss with combustion waste gas emission and low thermal efficiency,reduce the consumption of baking gas in mixing furnace and apply it to production practice.
