冷轧厂热镀锌机组薄带钢焊穿原因分析及方法控制

摘要 针对热镀锌机组生产薄带钢时遇到的焊穿问题,分析了其产生的原因来源,并提出了主要的控制方法。同时为了提高热镀锌的生产速度,避免来料吨位小、焊接频繁影响生产节奏,提出了优化焊接周期的措施,从焊机方面为生产节奏和产品质量的提高提供有力的保障。 In response to the welding penetration problem encountered in the production of thin strip steel by hot-dip galvanizing units,the causes and sources of its occurrence were analyzed,and the main control methods were proposed.At the same time,in order to improve the production speed of hot-dip galvanizing and avoid frequent welding with small incoming tonnage affecting the production rhythm,measures have been proposed to optimize the welding cycle,providing strong guarantees for the improvement of production rhythm and product quality from the perspective of welding machines.
