摘要
轴承钢作为关键的工业材料,具有优异的力学性能和耐磨性。但在轴承钢生产过程中存在絮流的问题,絮流严重影响着产品的质量、生产成本和企业竞争力。为进一步提升轴承钢的可浇性,对轴承钢的成分、过程控制工艺、性能和应用进行了系统研究,并采取了一系列有效措施,成功减少了絮流的产生,为轴承钢的进一步应用提供理论依据。
As a key industrial material,bearing steel has excellent mechanical properties and wear resistance.However,there is a problem of flocculent flow in the production process of bearing steel,which seriously affects the quality of products,production costs,and enterprise competitiveness.In order to further improve the castability of bearing steel,a systematic study was conducted on the composition,process control technology,performance,and application of bearing steel,and a series of effective measures were taken to successfully reduce the generation of flocculent flow,providing a theoretical basis for the further application of bearing steel.
