新一代高效物性自动化检验系统的研发与应用

摘要 抚顺新钢铁有限责公司自主研发的全自动物性检验系统具有高度集成性的特点,该系统通过上位机软件与PLC程序交互完成拉伸、反弯、重量偏差等检验项目的自动检测及数据整理、上传,有效消除检验单元之间的流程断点,缩短检验周期,减少检验过程的人工干预,实现检验全过程的可追溯性,提高检验结果的安全性与可靠性。 Fushun New Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.independently developed a fully automated physical properties inspection system,with a high degree of integration,the system through the host computer software and PLC program interaction to complete the tensile,reverse bending,weight deviation and other inspection items of the automatic inspection and data collation,uploading.It effectively eliminates the process breakpoints between inspection units,shortens the inspection cycle,reduces manual intervention in the inspection process,realizes the traceability of the whole inspection process,and improves the safety and reliability of the inspection results.
