摘要
以同安煤矿4101综放工作面为研究背景,对其上隅角CO浓度进行监测,分析CO浓度超标的问题源头,提出针对性防治措施并进行工业应用试验。研究发现,4101工作面上隅角CO主要来源于采空区,采用喷洒阻燃剂和采空区注氮的综合防治措施,并在应用实践阶段进行实测和分析,采空区φ(O_(2))可降至8%以下,有效惰化了采空区遗煤的氧化反应,上隅角φ(CO)降至0.0006%左右,有效解决上隅角CO超限问题,保障了工作面的安全生产。
Based on the research background of the 4101 fully mechanized caving face in Tong'an Coal Mine,the CO concentration in its upper corner was monitored,the root cause of the problem of excessive CO concentration was analyzed,targeted prevention and control measures were proposed,and industrial application experiments were conducted.Research has found that CO in the upper corner of the 4101 working face mainly comes from the goaf.A comprehensive prevention and control measure of spraying flame retardants and injecting nitrogen into the goaf has been proposed,and actual measurement and analysis have been carried out in the application stage.The diameterφ(O_(2))of the goaf can be reduced to below 8%,effectively inerting the oxidation reaction of residual coal in the goaf.The diameterφ(CO)of the upper corner is reduced to about 0.0006%,effectively solving the problem of CO exceeding the limit in the upper corner and ensuring the safety production of the working face.
