不规则多切眼工作面膏体充填开采矿压显现特征

摘要 针对岱煤31322多切眼不规则布置充填工作面矿压显现特征,通过现场实测与数值模拟相结合的方法,研究了工作面巷道围岩运移特征、充填工作面来压特征、侧向支承压力分布特征以及充填工作面覆岩运移特征,并对充填体强度、充填体压缩量以及充填率进行统计分析。研究结果表明:充填工作面前方无明显来压,受超前采动影响与侧向支承影响小;巷道顶板离层量极小,巷道整体性好;随着充填工作面推进,上覆岩层的载荷逐渐由煤体向充填体转移,滞后充填工作面47 m后的充填体强度将趋于稳定,且充填体强度大于设计强度,满足充填需求;充填工作面平均充填率为98.5%,充填体下沉量为80 mm,压缩率为2.0%,充填体支撑效果良好。 In view of the characteristics of the mineral pressure manifestation of the No.31322 multi open-off cut face in Dai Coal Mine,through the combination of field measurement and numerical simulation,the characteristics of the surrounding rock movement in the roadway,the weighting characteristics of the filling face,the lateral abutment pressure distribution characteristics and the overburden movement characteristics of the filling face were studied,and the statistical analysis on the strength of the filling body,the compression amount of the filling body and the filling rate was carried out.The research results showed that there was no obvious weighting in front of the filling working face,and the influence of advance mining and lateral support was small;the roadway roof separation was very small,and the roadway integrity was good;with the advance of the filling face,the load of the overlying strata was gradually transferred from the coal body to the filling body,and the strength of the filling body after 47 m behind the filling face would tend to be stable,and the strength of the filling body was greater than the design strength,meeting the filling requirements;the average filling rate of the filling face was 98.5%,the settlement of the filling body was 80 mm,the compression rate was 2.0%,and the supporting effect of the filling body was good.
