郭家河煤矿离层水害防治经验探讨

摘要 针对永陇矿区顶板离层水害问题,以郭家河煤矿为例,总结了其高位离层水害治理经验与防治技术,主要通过“加大科研攻关+设计施工一体化”的技术服务合作模式,提升了矿井重大灾害治理能力与水平;通过“地面源头抽水+强化井下排水系统+加强预警撤人管理”为核心的三重防治措施,从源头上消除了水害威胁;通过“一面一策+水情日分析制度+防治水工作例会制度+工作面精细管理制度”,构建了煤矿重大灾害防治管控体系,总体实现了超前预防与灾害治理,进而遏制了灾害事故发生;为邻近矿区其他类似矿井的重大灾害治理工作提供了参考与借鉴。 Based on the characteristics of water hazards caused by roof separation in Yonglong mining area,taking Guojiahe Coal Mine as an example,the experience and prevention technology of high-level separation water hazards were summarized.The main technical service cooperation mode of"increasing scientific research and development+integrating design and construction"was adopted to enhance the ability and level of major disaster control in the mine.Through the triple prevention and control measures of"surface source pumping+strengthening underground drainage system+enhancing warning and evacuation management"as the core,the threat of water hazards has been eliminated from the source.Through the implementation of the"One Plan,One Strategy,Water Situation Day Analysis System,Water Prevention and Control Work Meeting System,and Working Face Fine Management System",a major disaster prevention and control system for coal mines has been established,which has achieved advanced prevention and disaster management,and thus curbed the occurrence of disasters and accidents.This provides reference and inspiration for the major disaster management work of other similar mines in neighboring mining areas.
