基于UG和VERICUT的半开式整体叶轮的加工仿真

摘要 针对整体叶轮加工困难的问题,以离心泵半开式叶轮为研究对象,通过分析其结构特征,编制多轴加工工艺,选择合适的设备、刀具进行加工编程及仿真,利用NX软件完成离心泵叶轮的建模和粗加工和精加工刀具轨迹,运用VERICUT仿真软件搭建DMU65型五轴数控机床完成动态模拟加工。实验结果表明,该设计生成的刀具路径轨迹可以使仿真加工过切误差小于0.1mm,残留误差小于0.12mm,有效地提高了生成效率和加工质量,为后续研究提供了叶轮加工的理论基础,同时通过仿真数据确定程序在理论上具有一定的可行性和可靠性。 In view of the difficulty of machining the impeller as a whole,this paper takes the multi-axis machining technology and programming of the semi-open impeller of the centrifugal pump as the design object.Based on the analysis of its structural characteristics,this paper formulates the machining technology,selects the appropriate equipment and tools for machining programming and simulation,and uses NX software to complete the tool track of the roughing and finishing of the impeller of the centrifugal pump.VERICUT simulation software was used to build DMU65 five-axis CNC machine tool to complete dynamic simulation machining.The experimental results show that the tool path trajectory generated by the design can make the simulation machining overcut error less than 0.1mm and the residual error less than 0.12mm,which effectively improves the generation efficiency and machining quality,and provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent research of impeller machining.Meanwhile,the program determined by the simulation data has a certain theoretical feasibility and reliability.
