摘要
在发动机的装配过程中,火花塞作为核心零部件,其电极间隙需要确认是否在规范内。目前很多主机厂都投入了基于火花塞放电电流来检测火花塞电极间隙的在线发动机冷试设备,大大的提高了火花塞电极间隙的检查效率,但是在实际的应用过程中,发动机冷试设备的检测准确性会受到诸多的因素的影响,本文简述了冷试设备的运行是如何被火花塞的电极结构、电极的表面状态、内电阻、测试环境,以及设备自身可靠性等方面影响其检测准确性的。
Spark plug as a key component,its electrode gap size should be validated during engine assembly.At present,many engine makers have built engine cold test facility to check spark plug gap size based on measuring sparking discharge current,this greatly improved the efficiency of the spark plug gap size inspection,but in the actual test process,the accuracy of engine cold test has been affected by many factors,this paper will briefly describe how the accuracy of cold test equipment is affected by spark plug electrode structure,electrode surface state,inner resistance,test environment,and test equipment’s reliability.
