一种基于设计变更闭环优化的首件卡电子流程研究与实施

摘要 汽车生产过程中,为不断验证与优化汽车零部件,通常采用设计变更的形式进行变更管理,设变管理的过程实施阶段采用纸质首件卡闭环流程进行反馈,首件卡通过操作人员的信息填报、收集,及时反映设变实施过程中存在的问题,以便于不断进行调整。设计变更流程同样需要经历长时间的流转。由于人、物、机、法、环等多方面因素导致设变实施闭环率难以保证。为此,引入电子流程及信息化管理系统,通过规范化、标准化的数据采集与软件设计,使得程序流转变得更加直观,及时,极大降低流转时间与出错率,提升工作效率,为车企产品迭代带来竞争优势。 In the process of automobile production,in order to continuously verify and optimize auto parts,change management is usually carried out in the form of design changes.The closed-loop process of the first piece of paper card is used for feedback in the implementation stage of the change management process.The first piece of card is filled in and collected by the operator's information to timely reflect the problems existing in the implementation process of the change in order to facilitate continuous adjustment.The design change process also takes a long time.Due to many factors such as human,material,machine,law and environment,it is difficult to guarantee the closed-loop rate of variable implementation.To this end,the introduction of electronic process and information management system,through standardized and standardized data collection and software design,make the process flow more intuitive and timely,greatly reduce the flow time and error rate,improve work efficiency,and bring competitive advantages to the product iteration of automobile enterprises.
