摘要
上料机是数控机床的重要辅助设备,全自动机械手是一种可编程的智能型自动化设备,是应用计算机技术进行控制替代人工进行工作的高度自动化系统。本文通过对智能化全自动机械手数控上料机的设计需求、整体设计、关键技术问题以及制造与实验验证进行深入研究,提出了一种全新的设计方案,并在研究的过程中融入思政元素,通过学习可以弘扬工匠精神,培养创新意识和团队协作精神,为下一步技术进步感到自豪。该设计方案通过实验验证表现出良好的性能,并为该领域的研究和应用提供了相关的参考和借鉴,对推动此项技术的发展,提高生产效率,降低生产成本具有重要意义。
The feeding machine is an important auxiliary equipment of CNC machine tool,and the automatic manipulator is a programmable intelligent automation equipment,which is a highly automated system using computer technology to control instead of manual work.Through in-depth research on the design requirements,overall design,key technical issues,manufacturing and experimental verification of the intelligent automatic manipulator CNC feeder,this paper proposes a new design scheme,and integrates ideological and political elements in the process of research,through learning can promote the spirit of craftsmanship,cultivate the sense of innovation and teamwork spirit,and be proud of the next step of technological progress.The design scheme shows good performance through experimental verification,and provides relevant reference and reference for the research and application in this field,which is of great significance to promote the development of this technology,improve production efficiency and reduce production cost.
