摘要
本文阐述了数字孪生技术的概念内涵,分析了航空发动机制造的特殊性,提出数字孪生技术可以有效解决当前制造过程中的技术难题,提高效率和质量。文中分析了数字孪生技术在发动机设计、试验、制造和维护环节的具体应用,并构建了完整的功能架构,包括数据采集、存储、分析、优化、控制等模块。总体而言,数字孪生技术为航空发动机的全生命周期管理提供了有力支持,是实现制造过程优化的重要途径。
This article elaborates on the concept and connotation of digital twin technology,analyzes the particularity of aviation engine manufacturing,and proposes that digital twin technology can effectively solve technical problems in the current manufacturing process,improve efficiency and quality.The article analyzes the specific applications of digital twin technology in engine design,testing,manufacturing,and maintenance,and constructs a complete functional architecture,including modules such as data acquisition,storage,analysis,optimization,and control.Overall,digital twin technology provides strong support for the full lifecycle management of aircraft engines and is an important way to achieve manufacturing process optimization.
