“1+X”证书制度下高职旅游管理专业“岗课赛证”融通教育体系研究

Research on the Integration Education System of Vocational Tourism Management Professional Course Competition and Certification under the"1+X"Certificate System

随着我国“1+X”证书制度的试点与推广,高职院校旅游管理专业在“岗课赛证”方面普遍存在师资实践能力不足、实习环境单一、课程设置与岗位脱节的问题。为了提高职业院校旅游管理专业的育人水平、促进职业教育改革发展,本研究探索分析了当前在“1+X”证书制度背景下高职院校旅游管理专业“岗课赛证”融通中存在的问题,并针对相关问题提出了构建“岗课赛证”融通育人体系的具体策略,以期为我国高职院校旅游管理专业的发展提供一定的理论补充和实践探索。

With the pilot and promotion of the"1+X"certificate system in China,tourism management majors in vocational colleges generally face problems such as insufficient practical ability of teachers,single internship environment,and disconnection between curriculum and job positions in terms of"on-the-job course competition certificate".In order to improve the education level of tourism management major in vocational colleges and promote the reform and development of vocational education,this study explores and analyzes the problems in the integration of job courses,competition certificates,and education system for tourism management major in vocational colleges under the background of the"1+X"certificate system.In response to these problems,specific strategies for constructing a job course competition certificate integration education system are proposed,providing theoretical supplements and practical explorations for the development of tourism management majors in vocational colleges in China.
