汽车发动机支座支架冲压成形工艺参数的优化

摘要 汽车发动机支座支架属于汽车覆盖件的一种,它关系着发动机能否正常平稳工作。在冲压成形的过程中十分容易产生起皱、破裂、回弹和变薄等缺陷。基于这些问题,本文首先确定冲压工艺方案,采用Dynaform有限元方法,建立其有限元模型,研究其冲压成形时应力应变状态,厚度变化与成形质量的关系,通过成形极限指标进行预成形质量评估。通过正交实验找到冲压成形的工艺参数的最优值,以最大减薄率和最大增厚率作为优化指标,然通过成形极限指标对优化后的成形质量进行了评估,最后将优化前后冲压成形的成形质量进行了对比分析,进行调整各种参数得到优化的方案,为实际应用时冲出合格产品做参考。 The engine bracket is a type of automotive parts that is critical to the smooth operation of the engine.Defects such as wrinkling,cracking,springback,and thinning are prone to occur during the stamping process.In view of these issues,this paper first establishes a stamping process plan and adopts the Dynaform finite element method to build a finite element model.The stress-strain state,thickness variation,and forming quality during stamping are studied,and pre-forming quality evaluation is conducted using forming limit criteria.The optimal values of the stamping process parameters are identified through orthogonal experiments,with maximum thinning rate and maximum thickening rate as the optimization objectives.The forming quality after optimization is evaluated based on the forming limit criteria.Finally,a comparative analysis of the forming quality before and after optimization is performed to adjust various parameters and obtain an optimized solution,providing reference for achieving qualified products in practical applications.
