摘要
阀门是管道系统中不可缺少的控制部件,随着行业自动化和智能化发展的需求,阀门电动执行器在精确驱动控制阀门开启、关闭或者调节中扮演了重要的角色,为确保阀门与电动执行器功能配合运行完整性和安全性,出厂前需要对阀门进行100%的调试试验。常规的调试装置包含了多个工步,导致工作效率低且安全系数相对较小,因此,为了提高执行器的调试效率,本文设计了一种针对380V交变电流工况下阀门电动执行器调试的智能装置,通过实际生产验证:此装置性能良好,减少了多个工步,节约了大量的调试准备时间,大大提高了阀门产品调试效率。同时,装置具有操作简单、安全系数高、易学易用、使用性强的特点。其兼备的自动计数功能,极大地方便了执行器的寿命试验实施,对类似产品的调试试验具有较大的工程应用价值。
Valves are indispensable control components in pipeline systems. With the development of industry automation and intelligence, valve electric actuators play an important role in accurately driving and controlling the opening, closing, or adjustment of valves. To ensure the integrity and safety of valve and actuator function matching operation, 100% debugging and testing of valves is required before leaving the factory. The conventional debugging device contains multiple steps, resulting in low efficiency and relatively small safety factor. Therefore, in order to improve the debugging efficiency of the actuator, this paper designs an intelligent device for debugging valve electric actuators under 380V alternating current conditions. Production applications show that the device has good performance, realizes the integration of multiple steps, saves a lot of debugging preparation time, and greatly improves the debugging efficiency of valve products. Meanwhile, the device has the characteristics of simple operation, high safety factor, easy learning and use, and strong usability. Its dual automatic counting function greatly facilitates the implementation of actuator life testing, and has great engineering application value for similar product debugging tests.
