发动机设计阶段维修性能力建设研究

摘要 随着各类发动机的排放升级,为保证发动机的排放能满足法规要求,发动机的零件更多,造成国内各厂家的发动机设计更趋于紧凑。发动机技术指标的不断提升,对发动机零部件可靠性、零部件之间配合与单元体之间的配合精度等要求也越来越高^([1])。但造成发动机在日常维护保养及维修过程时,维护空间较小维护困难。这样更需要发动机在设计阶段,要充分考虑发动机维护保养得便利性。本文通过研究发动机各零部件的设计寿命、设计阶段的维修性设计、样机阶段的维修性验证等,正向的保证了发动机推向市场后的维修便利性。 With the emission upgrade of various types of engines, in order to ensure that the emissions of the engine can meet the regulatory requirements, the engine has more parts, resulting in the engine design of domestic manufacturers more compact. With the continuous improvement of engine technical indicators, the requirements for reliability of engine parts, coordination between components and coordination accuracy between units are also getting higher and higher ^([1]). However, the maintenance space is small and the maintenance is difficult during the daily maintenance and repair process of the engine. This requires the engine in the design stage, to fully consider the convenience of engine maintenance. In this paper, by studying the design life of each engine component, the maintainability design in the design stage, the maintainability verification in the prototype stage, etc., the maintenance convenience of the engine is positively guaranteed after it is introduced to the market.
