浅谈商用车行业生产启动业务与数字化相结合应用的思路

摘要 在当前商用车市场经济充满不确定性与行业内卷日益激烈的背景下,不断提升生产效率、降低制造成本、优化产品质量,是企业生存与发展的关键所在。数字化转型升级[1]已经成为推动制造业转型的关键驱动力,商用车生产启动业务,是产品从数模设计到实物制造交付的关键环节,企业数字化水平更是影响其市场竞争力的重要维度。针对商用车传统生产启动业务活动中存在的痛点,如信息孤岛、流程冗长、响应速度慢等问题。结合福田汽车数字化转型升级实践案例,本文提出将商用车行业生产启动业务与数字化技术相结合的应用策略,并探讨了数字化技术在优化生产启动流程、提升资源配置效率、增强供应链协同能力等方面的潜在价值。通过对传统生产启动业务与数字化相结合的应用,实现智能化的生产计划系统、利用大数据预测生产需求及MES平台的信息共享与作业协同。价值链业务效率及质量显著提升,进而推动商用车行业向着智能化、绿色化的方向发展,为企业的可持续发展注入新的活力。 In the context of the current commercial vehicle market economy which is full of uncertainty and the increasingly fierce involution of the industry,continuously improving production efficiency,reducing manufacturing costs and optimizing product quality are the keys to the survival and development of enterprises.Digital transformation and upgrading has become a key driving force to promote the transformation of the manufacturing industry,and the start-up of commercial vehicle production is a key link from digital design to physical manufacturing and delivery,and the digital level of enterprises is an important dimension affecting their market competitiveness.Aiming at the pain points in the traditional production start-up business activities of commercial vehicles,such as information islands,lengthy processes,slow response speed,etc.,based on the practical case of Foton Motor's digital transformation and upgrading,this paper proposes an application strategy that combines production start-up business and digital technology in the commercial vehicle industry,and discusses the potential value of digital technology in optimizing the production start-up process,improving the efficiency of resource allocation,and enhancing the ability of supply chain collaboration.Through the application of the combination of traditional production start-up business and digitalization,the intelligent production planning system,the use of big data to predict production demand,and the information sharing and operation collaboration of the MES platform are realized.The business efficiency and quality of the value chain have been significantly improved,which will promote the development of the commercial vehicle industry in the direction of intelligence and greening,and inject new vitality into the sustainable development of enterprises.
