基于秦PLUS EV纯电动汽车交流充电系统的故障诊断研究

摘要 随着环保意识的不断提升和新能源汽车的快速发展,纯电动汽车作为一种无污染、零排放的交通工具,逐渐受到人们的青睐。作为纯电动汽车的充电系统之一,交流充电系统在车辆的充电过程中起着至关重要的作用。本文以秦PLUS EV的交流充电系统故障案例为例,详细分析了故障原因及诊断步骤,为交流充电系统的故障诊断提供了思路。 With the continuous improvement of environmental awareness and the rapid development of new energy vehicles,pure electric vehicles are gradually favored by people as a pollution-free and zero-emission means of transportation.As one of the charging systems of pure electric vehicles,AC charging system plays a vital role in the charging process of vehicles.In this paper,the fault case of the AC charging system of Qin PLUS EV is taken as an example,and the cause of the fault and the diagnosis steps are analyzed in detail,which provides ideas for the fault diagnosis of the AC charging system.
