In the context of the acceleration of the transfer of global industrial chains,countries have shifted from simply pursuing the efficiency of industrial chains to paying more attention to their security and resilience.Market players will adjust the global layout of the original industrial chain according to their own needs and external risks.Taking Tesla as an example,this paper studies the process of its global industrial chain transfer and its layout in China,summarizes the characteristics of Tesla's supply chain in the Chinese market and the development status of China's industrial chain through cost and supplier data analysis,and finally puts forward enlightenment for different entities to deal with the global industrial chain transfer.
