标准化驱动深圳市智能网联汽车产业高质量发展的机理研究

Research on the Mechanism of Standardization Driving High-quality Development of Intelligent and Connected Automobile Industry in Shenzhen

文章旨在探讨标准化如何推动深圳市智能网联汽车产业的高质量发展。首先概述了我国智能网联汽车标准化的现状,分析了标准化对智能网联汽车产业在技术创新、市场规范、产业升级等方面的积极影响。文章重点阐述了深圳市在智能网联汽车产业标准化工作方面的进展,包括政策引导、标准体系建设及实施效果等。通过对深圳市智能网联汽车标准化经济效益的评价,揭示标准化对产业经济增长的显著贡献。然而,深圳市智能网联汽车标准化工作仍面临诸多挑战,如标准体系仍需完善、标准与法规的协同性不足、测试认证体系待优化、标准国际化程度待提升等。基于此,文章提出了一系列标准化工作的建议,以期为未来智能网联汽车产业的标准化发展提供参考。

This work aims to explore how standardization promotes the high-quality development of the intelligent connected vehicle(ICV)industry in Shenzhen.Firstly,an overview of the current status of ICV standardization in China is provided,and the paper analyzes the positive impact of standardization on various aspects of the ICV industry,including technological innovation,market regulation and industrial upgrading.This work focuses on elucidating the progress made by Shenzhen in ICV industry standardization,encompassing policy guidance,standard system construction,and implementation effects.Through evaluating the economic benefits of ICV standardization in Shenzhen,this paper reveals the significant contribution of standardization to industrial economic growth.However,the standardization work of the ICV industry in Shenzhen still faces numerous challenges,such as the need to improve the standard system,insufficient synergy between standards and regulations,optimization of the testing and certification system,and enhancement of the internationalization of standards.Based on these findings,this paper proposes a series of recommendation for standardization work,aiming to provide references for the future standardization development of the ICV industry.
