摘要
新工科承担着为发展新质生产力培养急需人才的使命,在新工科背景下民族地方高校进行机械类专业建设时面临先天不足、资源匮乏等困境。工业化与信息化的深度融合以及教育数字化的深入发展,促生了可观的机械工程虚拟教学资源,有效弥补了民族地方高校机械类专业实体教学资源的不足。用好实体与虚拟两种教学资源,增强两种资源的联动效应,汇聚虚实混合动力,实现虚实相济,可为民族地方高校培养机械工程新工科人才提供实践依循。
Emerging Engineering Education(3E)undertakes responsibility for cultivating urgently needed talents for developing new quality productive forces.Ethnic local colleges face inherent disadvantages and resource shortages when promoting mechanical specialty construction under the background of 3E.The deep integration of industrialization and informatization,along with the in-depth development of educational digitization,has given rise to considerable virtual teaching resources in mechanical engineering,effectively compensating for the lack of physical teaching resources in ethnic local colleges.By effectively utilizing both physical and virtual teaching resources,enhancing the synergy,and achieving a hybrid of virtual and physical resources,ethnic local colleges can follow practical guidelines to cultivate emerging engineering talents in mechanical engineering.
