摘要
为适应我国轨道交通智能化、数字化转型升级需求,有效破解教学“三高三难”痛点和难点,切实推进虚拟现实技术与职业教育教学的深度融合,赋能职业教育高质量发展,西安铁路职业技术学院以铁道机车运用与维护高水平专业群建设为依托,以国家级职业教育虚拟仿真实训基地建设标准为引领,对接轨道交通生产实际,采用“虚拟现实+智慧教育”的创新性教育教学模式,深化教学改革,充分发挥基地在推进教学改革、加强教学建设、提高教学质量上的引领、示范、辐射作用,助力轨道列车智能运维工匠人才培养。
To meet the needs of intelligent and digital transformation and upgrading of China's rail transit,effectively solve the pain points and difficulties of the"three highs and three difficulties"in teaching,and practically promote the deep integration of virtual reality technology with vocational education and teaching,thereby empowering the high-quality development of vocational education,Xi'an Railway Vocational and Technical College relies on the construction of a high-level professional group for railway locomotive operation and maintenance.Guided by the national standards for the construction of virtual simulation training bases for vocational education,the college connects with the actual production of rail transit,adopts an innovative education and teaching model of"virtual reality+smart education",deepens teaching reform,and fully leverages the leading,exemplary,and radiating role of the base in promoting teaching reform,strengthening teaching construction,and improving teaching quality.This endeavor supports the cultivation of intelligent operation and maintenance craftsmen for rail trains.
