This article introduces the key technical points of asphalt concrete pavement construction for highway bridge decks.Firstly,the mix design should consider the influence of mechanical performance indicators and construction conditions;then,layered paving and compaction techniques are adopted to control the layer thickness and degree of compaction;finally,standard wet curing is carried out.The article also analyzes the causes of common quality issues such as cracking and early damage,and proposes solutions such as mix optimization,vehicle traffic restrictions,and standardized maintenance.The application effects of mix optimization technology and high-temperature resistant asphalt materials are analyzed through case studies.The research shows that reasonable mix design,standardized construction,and maintenance are the keys to ensuring pavement quality.
