热管空气预热器应用于燃煤电厂可行性研究

摘要 三分仓回转式空气预热器是普遍应用于当前大型燃煤电厂的蓄热式热交换设备,随着脱硝装置氨逃逸问题越来越突出,硫酸氢铵(ABS)引起的空预器堵灰问题愈发严重。本文对采用前置式重力热管空气预热器解决上述问题的可行性进行了分析,表明该方式能有效缓解当前回转式空气预热器堵塞、腐蚀等突出问题,为当前燃煤电厂安全运行提供有益借鉴。 Tri-section regenerative air preheater is a heat storage heat exchange equipment widely used in large-scale coal-fired power plants.With the increasingly prominent problem of ammonia escape in Denitrification device,the problem of ash plugging caused by ammonium bisulfate(ABS)becomes more and more serious.This paper analyzes the feasibility of using pre gravity heat pipe air preheater to solve the above problems,which shows that this method can effectively alleviate the current prominent problems such as ash plugging and corrosion of the tri-section regenerative air preheater,and provide a useful reference for the safe operation of the current coal-fired power plant.
