摘要
细菌感染严重威胁着人类的健康,耐药细菌的出现使新型抗生素的研究十分重要。近年来,随着材料研究、制造技术的进步以及协同抗菌策略的出现,作为金属抗菌剂的镓离子(Ga3+)对耐药细菌有很好的治疗作用。目前对镓离子抗菌机制以及镓基配合物的抗菌方式有新的发现,本文主要针对镓离子抗菌机制以及其配合物的抗菌方式进行综述。
Bacterial infections pose a significant threat to human health,and the emergence of drug-resistant bacteria underscores the importance of researching new antibiotics.Recent advancements in material research,manufacturing technology,and synergistic antibacterial strategies have led to promising therapeutic effects of Gallium ions(Ga 3+)as metal antibacterial agents against drug-resistant bacteria.Currently,there are novel discoveries regarding the antibacterial mechanism and mode of action of Gallium ion complexes.This paper provides an overview on these topics.
