结直肠癌肠造口患者病耻感的相关研究进展

Research Progress on Stigma in Colorectal Cancer Enterostomy Patients

结直肠癌肠造口患者由于疾病造成的残疾和躯体功能失衡导致身份和社会地位丧失,生活和心理受到严重影响,从而易产生羞耻感,影响生活质量。本文对结直肠癌肠造口患者病耻感的相关概念、评价工具、病耻感现状、影响因素及干预措施等进行综述,以期为制定降低肠造口患者病耻感、促进其身心健康、提高生活质量的干预方案提供理论依据。

Due to the disease-induced disability and physical dysfunction,patients with colorectal cancer enterostomy are prone to the loss of their identity and social status,which seriously affect their life and psychology,thus causing stigma and affecting the quality of life.This paper reviews the relevant concepts,evaluation tools,current status,influencing factors and interventional measures of stigma in colorectal cancer enterostomy patients,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for formulating intervention programs that can reduce the stigma of colorectal cancer enterostomy patients,promote their physical and mental health,and improve their quality of life.
