摘要
为探究材料组成对超高性能应变硬化水泥基复合材料的力学性能的影响,采用正交试验,以硅灰掺量、矿渣掺量、砂胶比为影响因素制备超高性能应变硬化水泥基复合材料(UHP-SHCC),并对其力学性能进行综合分析。结果表明,硅灰掺量对其抗压强度、初裂强度和抗拉强度影响较大,砂胶比对它的极限拉应变影响较大;在硅灰掺量为30%、矿渣掺量为15%、砂胶比为0.4、PE纤维掺量为2%,水胶比为0.16的情况下,其综合力学性能较好。
In order to explore the influence of material composition on the mechanical properties of ultra-high performance strain-hardened cementitious composites,UHP-SHCC was prepared by orthogonal test with silica fume content,slag content and sand-glue ratio as influencing factors,and its mechanical properties were comprehensively analyzed.The results show that the silica fume content has a great influence on its compressive strength,initial cracking strength and tensile strength,and the sand-glue ratio has a great influence on its ultimate tensile strain.In the case of silica fume content of 30%,slag content of 15%,sand glue ratio of 0.4,PE fiber content of 2%,and water-glue ratio of 0.16,its comprehensive mechanical properties are better.
