摘要
台江区某安置房小区项目地处市中心,毗邻地铁二号线且周边环境复杂,对环境和基坑围护结构控制要求高。而传统的“风镐”机械拆除法存在施工周期较长,工序较多,噪音及粉尘污染严重,后期建筑垃圾清运繁琐等缺点。经过方案比较选择,最终选择金属绳锯切割的拆除工艺。现场施工及监测结果表明,在满足拆撑及整体工期要求前提下,使用金属绳锯切割的拆除工艺,基坑及周边道路、建筑的变形均在设计允许范围内,确保了施工的安全,提高施工效率,取得了良好的社会和经济效应。
A resettlement housing community project in Taijiang District is located in the city center,adjacent to Metro Line 2 and the surrounding environment is complex,which has high requirements for the environment and foundation pit enclosure structure control.However,the traditional"air pick"mechanical demolition method has the shortcomings of long construction period,more processes,serious noise and dust pollution,and cumbersome removal and transportation of construction waste in the later stage.After comparing and selecting schemes,the demolition process of metal wire saw cutting.The on-site construction and monitoring results show that under the premise of meeting the requirements of dismantling and the overall construction period,the deformation of the foundation pit and the surrounding roads and buildings is within the allowable range of the design by using the demolition process of metal wire sawing,which ensures the safety of construction,improves the construction efficiency,and achieves good social and economic effects.
