摘要
英红西互通L匝道桥专为跨越汕昆高速主线桥而设,其现浇梁模板设计和支撑系统设计是英红西互通L匝道桥施工的关键。基于此,文章提出了英红西互通L匝道桥支架现浇梁模板设计和支撑系统设计思路,分析了主要施工工艺,并测试了施工项目斜杆扣件连接的强度,验证了扣件的抗滑承载力能够满足工程设计要求,旨在为同类型工程建设提供参考。
The Yinghong West Interchange L ramp bridge is designed to cross the main line bridge of Shankun Expressway,and its cast-in-place beam formwork design and support system design are the key to the construction of Yinghong West Interchange L ramp bridge.Based on this,this paper proposes the design ideas of cast-in-situ beam formwork and support system of Yinghong West Interchange L ramp bridge support,analyzes the main construction technology,and tests the strength of the diagonal rod fastener connection of the construction project,and verifies that the anti-slip bearing capacity of the fastener can meet the engineering design requirements,aiming to provide a reference for the construction of the same type of project.
