摘要
在机电工程建设中,机电专业较多,机电设备和线路比较复杂,其中机电施工技术比较先进,这就给机电工程的建设管理带来很大困难。基于此,须将BIM技术运用到建筑模型中,对建筑结构进行优化设计,实现对建筑的统一、协调管理,才能确保机电工程的施工质量。而利用BIM技术的模拟展示施工流程,展示机电工程建设中错综复杂的步骤,同时也能使施工管理人员更好了解施工流程,对机电设备和线路进行合理优化,从而为后面的工作做好准备,并提高机电工程施工效率。
In the construction of mechanical and electrical engineering,there are many mechanical and electrical specialties,mechanical and electrical equipment and lines are more complex,and the mechanical and electrical construction technology is more advanced,which brings great difficulties to the construction management of mechanical and electrical engineering.Based on this,BIM technology must be applied to the building model,the building structure must be optimized and designed,and the unified and coordinated management of the building must be realized to ensure the construction quality of mechanical and electrical engineering.The simulation and display process of BIM technology is used to show the intricate steps in the construction of mechanical and electrical engineering,and at the same time,it can also enable construction management personnel to better understand the construction process,reasonably optimize mechanical and electrical equipment and lines,so as to prepare for the subsequent work and improve the construction efficiency of mechanical and electrical engineering.
