缓倾斜厚大矿体三步骤盘区矿柱安全高效开采技术研究

摘要 缓倾斜厚大矿体的盘区矿柱开采对维护矿山产能具有重要意义。以冬瓜山铜矿床为工业应用采场,通过优选采矿方法,利用已有工程布置采准巷道,优化爆破参数,制定了缓倾斜厚大矿体盘区矿柱安全高效开采技术方案。工程实践表明,采场爆破完全达到设计要求,硐室顶板、两帮未见明显破碎情况,爆破孔完好率达到90%以上;盘区矿柱矿石回收率达到75%以上,经济效益显著。研究成果为类似矿山提供了参考。 Panel pillar mining of gently inclined thick ore body is of great significance to maintain mine productivity.Taking Dongguashan copper deposit as the industrial application stope,through optimiz⁃ing the mining method,using the existing engineering to arrange the mining roadway,optimizing the blast⁃ing parameters,the technical scheme of safe and efficient mining of ore pillars in the panel of gently in⁃clined thick and large ore bodies is formulated.The engineering practice shows that the stope blasting fully meets the design requirements,the roof and two sides of the chamber are not obviously broken,and the in⁃tact rate of blasting holes reaches more than 90%.The ore recovery rate of the ore pillar in the panel area is more than 75%,and the economic benefit is remarkable.The research results provide a reference for similar mines.
