复杂环境条件下基坑支护方案优化研究

摘要 基坑支护方案的选择与地质条件、周边环境等因素密切相关。以福建龙岩某深基坑工程为例,该基坑原支护方案存在施工工艺复杂、成本高等问题。结合该基坑的周边环境、基坑深度、地质条件、原方案不足等,从方案整体、局部加强、排水系统、施工配合、基坑监测等方面提出优化策略,对原支护方案进行优化,以达到技术可行、经济合理的目的。实践结果表明:优化方案在既定工期内保质保量地完成了基坑施工,较原方案节约了80%的造价成本,效果显著,对类似工程基坑支护方案优化有一定借鉴作用。 The selection of foundation pit support scheme is closely related to geological conditions,surrounding environment and other factors.Taking a deep foundation pit project in Longyan,Fujian as an ex⁃ample,the original support scheme of the foundation pit has the problems of complex construction technolo⁃gy and high cost.Combined with the surrounding environment of the foundation pit,the depth of the founda⁃tion pit,the geological conditions,and the lack of the original scheme,the optimization strategy is proposed from the aspects of the overall scheme,local reinforcement,drainage system,construction coordination,and foundation pit monitoring.The original support scheme is optimized to achieve the purpose of technical feasibility and economic rationality.The practice results show that the optimization scheme has completed the foundation pit construction with quality and quantity within the established construction period,which saves 80%of the cost cost compared with the original side,and the effect is remarkable.It has certain refer⁃ence function for the optimization of foundation pit support scheme of similar projects.
