选矿生产中应对矿石性质变化的提质增产研究

摘要 通钢桦甸矿业公司三道沟选矿厂因矿山资源枯竭,更改供矿单位。矿石性质发生较大变化,矿石难磨难选,铁精矿产量和质量劣化,入磨台时量由78 t/h降低到65 t/h,铁精矿品位由66%以上降低到60%~64%。为了解决问题,三道沟选矿厂在前期生产中采用了更换小尺寸筛孔的振动筛筛片,减少矿石给入量的尝试,但效果不好。因此,三道沟选矿厂在碎矿车间进行细碎设备改造,降低粉矿粒度,尽量减小碎矿的最终产物粒度。在磨选车间使用直线振动筛代替螺旋分级机,提高分级效率。增设高频细筛,通过增加筛分面积来提高筛分效率。用自动淘洗磁选机来代替磁选柱提高精矿品位。最终,球磨机台时量提高到74.64 t/h,铁精矿品位提高到66.30%。通过对现有选矿工艺设备进行改造,在矿石难磨难选的情况下实现提质增产,满足生产指标要求。 Because of the depletion of mine resources in the Sandaogou Concentrator of Tonggang Huadian Mining Company,the ore supply unit was changed.The ore properties have changed greatly,the ore is difficult to grind and beneficiate,the output and quality of iron concentrate have deteriorated,and the hourly feed volume into the mill has decreased from 78 t/h to 65 t/h,and the grade of iron concentrate has decreased from more than 66%to between 60%and 64%.In order to solve the problem,the Sandaogou Concentrator adopted an attempt to replace the vibrating screen sieve plate with small-sized sieve holes and reduce the ore feed amount in the previous production,but the effect was not good.Therefore,the Sandao⁃gou Concentrator carried out equipment transformation in the crushing workshop to reduce the particle size of the powder ore,and try to reduce the particle size of the final product of crushing as much as possible.And use a linear vibrating screen instead of a spiral classifier to improve the classification efficiency in the grinding and beneficiation workshop,add a high-frequency fine screen,improve the screening efficiency by increasing the screening area,and use an automatic elutriation magnetic separator instead of a magnetic separation column to improve the concentrate grade.Finally,hourly feed volume into the mill increased to 74.64 t/h,the grade of iron concentrate increased to 66.30%.Through the transformation of the existing beneficiation process equipment,it is possible to improve the quality and increase production under the condition of difficult ore grinding and beneficiation,and meet the requirements of production indicators.
