采煤面顺逆风情况粉尘逸散数值模拟分析及防治

摘要 为了更深入了解采煤面粉尘污染规律并进行有效防尘,依据流体力学理论,运用Fluent软件对工作面采煤机顺逆风2种情况下截割-移架的产尘逸散规律进行数值模拟研究。结果显示:工作面平均风速顺风较逆风大。由于移架相对位置差异和工作面煤壁变截面位置不同,顺逆风割煤时粉尘分布存在较大差异。顺风割煤时,粉尘带位于采煤机下风侧50 m范围内人行道周围区域;逆风割煤时,产尘集中在滚筒附近及其下风侧0~45 m,浓度最高达2000 mg/m^(3)。从底板至顶板高度来看,顺风割煤时对底板和顶板附近的污染更为严重,但对呼吸带高度污染范围较小。根据模拟结果,提出了以导流板、采煤机喷雾杆(块)相结合的综采面粉尘防治措施,以达到高效抑尘的目的。 In order to further understand the dust pollution law of coal mining face and carry out effec⁃tive dust prevention,based on the theory of fluid mechanics,Fluent software is used to simulate the dust emission law of cutting-moving frame under the two conditions of downwind and upwind of shearer.The re⁃sults show that the average wind speed of downwind in working face is larger than that of the upwind.Due to the difference of the relative position of the moving frame and the position of the variable section of the coal wall in the working face,there is a big difference in the dust distribution when the coal is cut under down⁃wind of upwind.When cutting coal downwind,the dust belt is located in the area around the sidewalk within 50 m of the downwind side of the shearer.When the coal is cut against the wind,the dust is concentrated in the vicinity of the drum and its downwind side of 0~45 m,and the concentration is up to 2000 mg/m^(3).From the height of the bottom plate to the top plate,the pollution near the bottom plate and the top plate is more serious when the coal is cut along the wind,but the pollution range of the height of the breathing zone is small.According to the simulation results,the dust prevention and control measures of fully mechanized min⁃ing face combined with guide plate and shearer spray rod(block)are put forward to achieve the purpose of ef⁃ficient dust suppression.
