摘要
通过4-硝基邻苯二甲腈与醚化酚醛树脂间的亲核取代反应,制备了邻苯二甲腈改性醚化酚醛树脂。采用FT-IR、DSC、TGA和万能拉力试验机对其结构和力学性能进行了研究。结果表明,不同腈基改性比例的树脂热性能均有提升。在氮气气氛下,CN-BPF-1的800℃残炭率达到了69%,比醚化酚醛提高了20%,表现出高残炭的特点;其2%失重温度、5%失重温度分别为348.7℃、386.0℃,比醚化酚醛树脂分别提高了66.2℃、9.9℃;力学性能得到明显提升,其中CN-BPF-1的室温、250℃和350℃剪切强度比醚化酚醛分别提高了9.3MPa、9.8MPa和6.8 MPa。
The phthalonitrile modified etherified phenolic resin is prepared by nucleophilic substitution reaction between 4-nitrophthalonitrile and etherified phenolic resin.The structural and mechanical properties are investigated by FT-IR,DSC,TGA and universal tensile testing machine.The results show that the thermal properties of the resin are enhanced with different modification ratios.Under nitrogen atmosphere,the char yield of CN-BPF-1 reaches 69% at 800 ℃,which is 20% higher than that of etherified phenolic resin,showing a characteristic of high carbon yield;its 2%weight loss temperature and 5% weight loss temperature is 348.7 ℃ and 386.0 ℃ respectively,which is 66.2 ℃ and 9.9 ℃ higher than that of etherified phenolic resin;The mechanical properties are significantly improved,among which the shear strengths of CN-BPF-1 at room temperature,250℃ and 350℃ increases by 9.3 MPa,9.8 MPa and 6.8 MPa respectively,compared with that of etherified phenolic resin.
