摘要
以乙氧基化三羟甲基丙烷、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯和甲基丙烯酸-2-羟乙酯为原材料,通过加成反应合成了三醇丙烯酸聚氨酯化合物,将合成的丙烯酸聚氨酯应用于道路标线胶粘剂,具有优异的性能。通过红外光谱验证了化合反应的进行,凝胶渗透色谱测试了聚合物的相对分子质量。采用氧化还原体系在室温下固化胶粘剂,测试了胶粘剂的拉伸强度、拉伸剪切强度、透光率、硬度和接触角。结果表明:通过改变三醇丙烯酸聚氨酯的化学结构及掺量可改变道路标线胶粘剂的各项性能,添加5%质量分数的三醇丙烯酸聚氨酯可制得性能较优的道路标线胶粘剂。
Triol acrylic-polyurethane is synthesized through addition reaction with ethoxylated trimethylolpropane,hexamethylene diisocyanate and 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate as raw materials.The synthesized acrylic-polyurethane is applied as a road marking adhesive with excellent perfor-mance.The combination reaction is verified by infrared spectrum,and the relative molecular weight of the polymer is measured by gel permeation chromatography.The adhesive is cured with an oxidation-reduction system at room temperature,and its tensile strength,tensile shear strength,trans-mittance,hardness and contact angle are tested.The results indicate that changing the chemical structure and dosage of triol acrylic-polyurethane can alter the various properties of road marking adhesives.Adding the triol acrylic-polyurethane with a mass fraction of 5% can produce the road marking adhesives with better performance.
