面向碳排放的煤制烯烃工艺重复利用研究

摘要 针对传统煤制烯烃工艺能源转换效率低,二氧化碳高的问题,提出一种新型面向碳排放的煤制烯烃工艺。试验首先对新工艺效果进行模拟,然后对工艺条件进行优化,最后对工艺增强效果进行表征。试验结果表明,酸性气体脱除单元中,对水煤气变换气中的二氧化碳和硫化氢脱除率可达99%;甲烷三重整单元维持常压状态,反应温度为750℃的条件下,甲醇合成单元得到的甲醇浓度约为90%;烯烃合成单元得到纯度为99.7%和99.5%的乙烯和丙烯,整个工艺流程满足相关要求。对新工艺参数进行优化,选择干气与煤进料规模比为0.4,一氧化碳变换度取值范围为0.2~0.3;在此条件下,新工艺能量效率较传统工艺提升了约18.4%,工艺排放产生的二氧化碳量减排量约为31.5%,表现出较好的减排效果。 A new carbon emission-oriented coal to olefin process is proposed to address the issues of low energy conversion efficiency and high carbon dioxide in traditional coal to olefin processes.The experiment firstly simulates the effectiveness of the new process,then optimizes the process conditions,and finally characterizes the enhancement effect of the process.The experimental results show that in the acid gas removal unit,the re-moval rate of carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide in the water gas conversion gas can reach 99%;Under the condition of maintaining atmospheric pressure in the methane triple reforming unit and reaction temperature of 750℃,the methanol concentration obtained from the methanol synthesis unit is about 90%;The olefin synthesis unit obtains ethylene and propylene with purity of 99.7%and 99.5%respectively,and the entire process meets relevant requirements.The new process parameters are optimized by selecting a dry gas to coal feed scale ratio of 0.4 and a carbon monoxide conver-sion range of 0.2~0.3;Under these conditions,the energy efficiency of the new process has been improved by about 18.4%compared to that of the traditional processes,and the carbon dioxide emissions generated by the process have been reduced by about 31.5%,demonstrating a good emission reduction effect.
