摘要
为检测茶叶中农药残留量,建立一种气相色谱-串联质谱的茶叶农药残留检测方法,并对检测方法中的茶叶前处理工艺进行优化。结果表明:(1)在茶叶前处理工艺中,最佳均质提取时间为30 min,固相萃取柱为Tea clean-up柱,洗脱液为乙腈-甲苯(3∶1,V/V);(2)该气相色谱-串联质谱对茶叶农药残留检测的灵敏度高,准确度和精密度良好,符合国家相关食品标准;(3)本检测方法对某地的50份茶叶样品进行检测,结果显示:甲氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、毒死蜱以及虫螨腈5种农药的残留含量合格率达到100%。综上,本检测方法可用于茶叶中农药残留量的检测。
In order to detect pesticide residues in tea,a gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS) method for detecting pesti-cide residues in tea is established,and the pre-treatment process of tea in the detection method is optimized.The results showed that(1) in the pretreatment process of tea,the optimal homogenization extraction time is 30 min,the solid-phase extraction column is tea clean-up column,and the elu-ent is acetonitrile toluene(3∶1,V/V).(2) The gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry has high sensitivity,good accuracy and precision in de-tecting pesticide residues in tea,and meets the relevant national food standards.(3) This detection method has tested 50 tea samples from a certain area,and the results show that the qualified rate of residual content of five kinds of pesticide,namely fenpropidin,cypermethrin,deltamethrin,chlor-pyrifos,and imidacloprid reach 100%.In summary,this detection method can be used for the detection of pesticide residues in tea.
