摘要
由于分布式光伏、风力发电、储能等新能源主体的规模化接入电力系统,造成电力系统末端电网出现电压越限、台区变压器反向过载、孤岛电网等问题。为了解决新能源接入带来的电能质量、新能源消纳调度管理等问题,提出一种四象限末端电压治理方法及台区反向过载就地治理策略。通过安全接入单元实时采集新能源并网点的出力状态和电压运行情况,利用电压治理方法和反向过载治理策略,柔性调节新能源出力状态。同时接受电力调度自动化系统下发的调节指令,动态调控光伏、储能、充电桩等新能源主体运行状态,确保台区变压器及低压配电网的安全稳定运行。经过实验分析表明,该方法有效治理末端电压运行、台区过载等问题,为新型电力系统建设提供设备支撑。
Due to the large-scale integration of new energy entities such as distributed photovoltaics,wind power generation,and energy storage into the power system,problems such as voltage exceeding limits,reverse overload of transformers in substation areas,and isolated power grids have occurred at the end of the power system.In order to solve the problems of power quality,new energy consumption and scheduling management brought about by the integration of new energy,a four quadrant terminal voltage control method and a local reverse overload control strategy in the substation area are proposed.Real time collection of output status and voltage operation of new energy grid connection points is realized through secure access units,and flexible adjustment of new energy output status is realized using voltage management methods and reverse overload management strategies.Simultaneously accepting adjustment instructions issued by the power dispatch automation system,the operating status of new energy entities such as photovoltaics,energy storage,and charging pilesis dynamically regulated,ensuring the safe and stable operation of transformers and low-voltage distribution networks in the substation area.Experimental analysis shows that this method effectively addresses issues such as terminal voltage operation and substation overload,providing equipment support for the construction of new power systems.
